this survey I interviewed expats and digital nomads in Lisbon about their favorite neighbourhoods. Each neighbourhood then got a “Nomad Score”. What you can see below is the relation between Nomad Score and real estate prices. Upper left quadrant shows the neighbourhoods that might be interesting to invest.
