Saldanha is a bustling Lisbon neighbourhood, widely acclaimed as the ‘business’ district of Lisbon. Locals often start their morning with ‘um Café from one of the many coffee kiosks dotted on most street corners.
Renting and property prices in Saldanha are sky-high, forcing many locals to seek accommodation elsewhere. Much of the original architecture has been ‘adapted’ to facilitate the rapid growth of the neighbourhood.
But with access to three metro stations in Saldanha alone and direct access to popular shopping malls like El Corte Inglés, it’s no surprise that interest in this area has soared.
Spacious, modern, not touristy, easy access to everywhere in the city, easy access to shops and services, parks - Tom, October 2020
